Deposits

ALL shoots will be required to pay a NONREFUNDABLE deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS. All packages, excluding Special Events, will be due to pay a $30 deposit at the point of booking your shoot. The deposit is included in your price so its not an additional fee. Your remaining balance is due before the start of your shoot.

Special Event packages: Your deposit amount will be discussed at the point of consultation.

Attendance & Cancellations

All clients are expected to be ON TIME! However, I am completely understanding that life happens. I will allow a grace period of at least 15 minutes without notice to give additional time to attend. Anything more than 15 minutes late without a notice or heads up will result in your shoot being cancelled and to be considered for rescheduling with a new deposit. If you give notice and it has been more than 15 minutes, you will be subjected to a $15 late fee.

Cancellations are welcomed, however, must be done accordingly! If you're cancelling with the intent to reschedule, it must be done at least 72 hours prior to shoot date. Any cancellations within 72 hours of the shoot will be subjected to a $30 fee for inconvenience.

Turn Around Time

All unedited proofs will be available to clients within 2 days of your shoot and you will be provided a link to view and select images for edits. All packages, excluding Special Events, will have a 7-14 day turn around for edits, depending on your selected package. I do offer express rush option at additional fee of $20. I kindly ask to NOT post any proofs unless specified. Proofs will be watermarked.

Special Events packages: Your turn around time will be discussed at the point of consultation.

Traveling

Any clients who are needing services and stay over a 50 miles radius from my current location, you may be subjected to a small traveling fee. Traveling fee is calculated once we have completed our consultation. Destination wedding, out of town events and shoots that require an overnight stay, accommodations will be discussed as well in our consultation.
